The Remove Affix recipe in the Diablo IV Horadric Cube takes 1x Magic or Rare item only + 1x Refined Primordial Dust + 15x Raw Primordial Dust + 1x Tuning Prism (any) and produces same item, 1 random affix removed.

• 1x Magic or Rare item only - not usable on Legendary/Unique
• 1x Refined Primordial Dust
• 15x Raw Primordial Dust
• 1x Tuning Prism (any) - optional; targets which affix category is removed

Output

• same item, 1 random affix removed - Used to strip a Rare down toward a Common/white base, e.g. for Runeword crafting
