Part of the 'long ladder' (Tir->Eth->Ith->Tal->Ral->Ort->Thul->Amn->Sol, 3-per-step) or 'short ladder' (Mal->Ist->Vex->Ohm->Lo->Ber->Jah, 2-per-step); the two ladders are NOT linked (no Sol-to-Mal recipe). Hidden (no in-game recipe listing; discovered by datamining/community testing). No gem required for this early step. NOTE: Thul, Vex, Ohm, and Jah are described by one guide as pre-existing D4 runes (not new S15 drops) reused here as ladder rungs - see the 'Legacy Runes' material entry for a flagged naming-overlap concern with the base game's own Legendary Rune Crafting outputs of the same names.
