Takes 1x Splinter of Terror + 1x Splinter of Destruction + 1x Splinter of Hatred and produces Wirt's Lucky Coins. Diablo IV patch 3.2.1.

- Wirt's Lucky Coins - Feeds into the Echo of Tristram secret: throw a coin into the Tristram fountain (after turning in 10 Cain's journals) to open the Echo of Tristram (fight Diablo, Baal, Mephisto), which drops the Hellfire Torch Mythic Charm.
