# Transfigure Item (Horadric Cube recipe)

Takes 1x Legendary/Unique/Mythic item + 1x Volatile Primordial Dust + 1x Raw Primordial Dust + 1x Kullean or Entropic Tuning Prism and produces same item + 1 major random modification (see outcome_table). Diablo IV patch 3.2.1.

## Inputs
- 1x Legendary/Unique/Mythic item
- 1x Volatile Primordial Dust
- 1x Raw Primordial Dust (DISPUTED: one guide implies 0 extra Raw Dust needed; another guide/a third guide simulator imply 15 Raw Dust)
- 1x Kullean or Entropic Tuning Prism (optional)

## Output
- same item + 1 major random modification (see outcome_table)

## Restrictions
- Result is Unmodifiable in ~15/16 outcomes (100% Unmodifiable if an Entropic prism was used)
