Takes 1x Magic/Rare/Legendary item + 1x Refined Primordial Dust + 15x Raw Primordial Dust + 1x Tuning Prism (any) and produces same item, 1 affix of the prism's category changed to a different affix of the SAME category. Diablo IV patch 3.2.1.
