Takes 1x Rare-or-better equipment or Talisman item (Charm/Seal) + 1x Attuned Primordial Dust + 100x Raw Primordial Dust + 1x Infused Horadric Resin and produces same item, all base affix VALUES randomized. Diablo IV patch 3.2.1.

## Inputs
- 1x Rare-or-better equipment or Talisman item (Charm/Seal) (Rare rarity or higher)
- 1x Attuned Primordial Dust
- 100x Raw Primordial Dust
- 1x Infused Horadric Resin (optional per two guides; exact quantity if used not stated)

## Output
- same item, all base affix VALUES randomized - Does not touch Greater Affixes, Enchanted affixes, Tempers, Legendary Powers, Unique Powers, or Transfigured affixes (as long as the Transfigured item is not Unmodifiable).
