# Add Affix (Horadric Cube recipe)

Takes 1x Common/Magic/Rare/Legendary item with room for an affix + 1x Coarse Primordial Dust + 5x Raw Primordial Dust + 1x Tuning Prism (any) and produces same item + 1 random affix. Diablo IV patch 3.2.1.

## Inputs
- 1x Common/Magic/Rare/Legendary item with room for an affix (must have an open affix slot)
- 1x Coarse Primordial Dust
- 5x Raw Primordial Dust
- 1x Tuning Prism (any) (optional; narrows the affix category of the new affix)

## Output
- same item + 1 random affix - Can raise the item's rarity if it had no affixes before
