**Unique power:** Gain [7-9%][x] bonus Werebear Skill damage for each stack of Resolve while in Werebear form. Additionally, you automatically gain 1 stack of Resolve every 1 second while in Werebear form. (Patch 3.2.1: reduced from 10-13%[x] to 7-9%[x] and now only applies to Werebear skills; the 3.2.0 PTR had tested 2-4%[x].)

- Horadric Cube: Item Transmutation (Upgrade to Unique) - Common item of the same slot + 1 Enhanced Primordial Dust + 10 Primordial Dust (random Unique of that slot)
- Horadric Cube: Item Transmutation (Amalgamation) - 5x Abhorrent Heart (Boss Trophy) rolls a Unique from this boss's pool; can roll Mythic quality with the 'Crafted' tag
