Unique Helm in Diablo IV Season 15 (patch 3.2.1).

**Unique power:** While in Human form, every [300-150] Nature Magic Critical Strikes, or [60-30] against Bosses, grant Anima of the Forest for 15 seconds. Anima of the Forest grants the Perfect Storm and Earthen Might Key Passives. (Patch 3.2.1: now also grants Cyclone Armor's passive, but its Damage Reduction only applies while in Human form.)

- World drop (any difficulty, drop rate scales with Torment tier)
- Dedicated drop: Lord Zir (Lair Boss, Torment 1+; Boss Trophy: Exquisite Blood)
- Horadric Cube: Item Transmutation (Upgrade to Unique) - Common item of the same slot + 1 Enhanced Primordial Dust + 10 Primordial Dust (random Unique of that slot)
- Horadric Cube: Item Transmutation (Amalgamation) - 5x Exquisite Blood (Boss Trophy) rolls a Unique from this boss's pool; can roll Mythic quality with the 'Crafted' tag
